At AsliAdda, we deeply respect the spiritual significance of every item we offer. Each product is selected, energized, and packed with care. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth experience.
🔹 1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product is incorrect or missing from the order.
- You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
❌ We do not accept returns for personalized, energized, or worn spiritual items due to their sacred nature.

Include the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photo or video of the item (in case of damage)
🔹 3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Bank) within 5–7 business days after the product is received and verified.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you must provide a valid bank or UPI account for the refund.
🔁 Refunds are not provided for items returned without proper approval.
🔹 4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), AsliAdda will arrange or reimburse the return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer change of mind, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer (if allowed).
🔹 5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
🔹 6. Non-Returnable Items
- Energized items (yantras, rudraksha, pyramids, malas, etc.)
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Used or tampered items
